Lavar os frascos e esterilizá-los durante 20 a 30 minutos num tacho com água a ferver.
Encher os frascos completamente, fechá-los bem e deixá-los arrefecer invertidos.
Antes de serem abertos, conservam-se durante um ano ou mais.
Depois de abertos, devem ser guardados no frigorífico e consumidos rapidamente.
